A beautiful Art Nouveau house with an enormous garden.

Beautiful villa to stay in. Very sorry that it was not clean. This is especially unpleasant in the kitchen: a glass with mold in it, mold in the coffee maker, ... We had to wash everything before use, which I personally don't really think is something to do on holiday. There was no toaster or tea pot, which we missed. The beds were properly made, but the rooms had a lot of cobwebs. The BBQ was dirty, we also had to wash it before use. The hot tub was also dirty so that's an asset not really usable. There was dirt in the garden: an old tile, a bag of sand, ... scattered everywhere. The small house smells very musty and is even less well maintained than the villa. On arrival we should find the key in the "key safe". After a real search, that turned out to be the statue on the windowsill. We enjoyed the area but we camped in a villa.

Beautiful house. We had a great weekend with a group of 14. Excellent kitchen, hottub and places to chill&relax.

Very charming house, with a beautiful location and a great garden. Not recommended for older people and tall people. Some showers are so low and small that you can't wash yourself "normally". The house was not clean, old cobwebs in the windows, mold in some cups to name just two examples. In two rooms there was a lack of curtains or in other rooms the blinds did not function. Shower on the third floor cannot be ventilated, there was mold on the screen and the occasional unbelievable stench came out. Toilets and bathrooms cannot be locked. We personally found the mattresses very soft, although this is probably a matter of taste. Now that I read older reviews, the dishwasher has not worked for a long time. Not even now. Washing dishes for 14 people is not really my feeling of vacation ;-) The arcade in the basement could not really be used, no table football. Too few umbrellas on the terrace and no sun loungers. And the bbq was downright filthy. In short, it was just not it. I have also written this to our contact person, but no response has been received.Our contact person was also very friendly, there was nothing to criticize.I also think it is important for Belvilla to inspect houses, especially given the amount for the rent such a house.

When we arrived, there was a container filled with household waste right next to the front door (garbage bags) left by previous tenants. What a welcome! We had to call the person in charge to come and have the container. What was done the day after our arrival. The remark was rather badly taken by the referent and did not want to take us any more in communication whereas then we had a problem of leak at the first use of the lava -dishes. There was water everywhere in the scullery and kitchen. She no longer answered either my number or that of my companion. picked up and had someone sent, the owner?... The latter just told us to run the dishwasher again and let him know if the problem reoccurred and that he would then send a technician. There was also a parasol on the terrace (facing south) unusable, the base broken and the parasol torn. There was also perhaps a lack of garden furniture (deckchair style) for lounging in the sun. It was not clear from the point of view of cleanliness and the jacuzzi had not been checked either between the two rentals. And there, okay, that we users, check during the stay to keep it clean but it is not up to us to clean it on first use. The interior condition of the house is more than shabby: peeling paint, knocks in the woodwork, doors, walls, cobwebs everywhere, rubbish under the beds... In the kitchen, there was a lot of dirt in the stove ventilation grilles. I find that the asking price is more than overrated, it is a thousand euros above the price. There was no one to welcome us on our arrival and give us explanations and no one on our departure either. The few explanations found are in Dutch. Beautiful house, fine kitchen and living space. Nice field in front of the house to play football, kubben. Kids enjoyed the hot tub. Outsider activity park close by where the kids clambered and played the adult bolletra (brilliant game, cross pétanque and curling)

Nicely renovated spacious villa, pleasant sitting areas, large and well-equipped kitchen that could be a little cleaner. Small negligence, repair work but in general we enjoyed a very nice weekend with 13 guests.

The villa Lumen 7 is a fantastic house for a family or group of friends. The space on the ground floor, the large kitchen and of course the fireplace are very nice when the weather is less. Too bad we were not able to enjoy the terrace with a view, but all the more reason to come back. The bedrooms are very spacious. The interior of the house is beautiful and well implemented in all rooms. Despite being an old house, it is fully equipped and well maintained inside. We had a nice weekend with our group of friends.

Beautiful house from 1905! Renovated a few years ago, but not well maintained. The rooms and sanitary facilities as well as the bedding were clean. The kitchen utensils that did not come out of the dishwasher were not properly cleaned and we washed them again before using. The (beautiful) stove and ovens were really dirty ... The bbq device was not cleaned and very dirty! Around the house was all kinds of rubbish. The place with cleaning supplies was very sloppy! Fortunately, the beautiful weather and the beautiful surroundings made up for everything!

The house in Flobecq is very nice and very spacious. We stayed there with our family (13 people). Beautifully situated, with a view of the hilly region and a fantastic garden and forest to play in. Some downsides: untidy kitchen cabinets, toy cupboard, tourist information, garbage storage outside, and the dishwasher did not work.
