A very friendly welcome by mrs. Soubry followed by a tour of the house and an explanation of the course of events. Everything you need is there, except the bath towels. Belvilla has mentioned it, while the lady has long indicated to Belvilla that they no longer belong. You can cycle beautifully in the area and then discover and see a lot about the 1st World War. Ypres and Dunkirk are also worth a visit. there are museums, city walks and shops. On the way there and back it is nice to visit Ghent and Bruges. Both are old towns with beautiful facades and canals.

A lovely little getaway! The property was nicely decorated and had everything we needed, The quiet location made it easy to unwind, We even took a short trip to the nearby Beffroi De L'hôtel De Ville, which was a highlight of our stay

We received a very warm welcome by the owners Josiane and Filip. Good location. The beaches of De Panne and Koksijde are within easy reach and the beautiful cities of Ypres and Kortrijk are also nearby.

Excellent location, very well equipped cottage and cordial eigenaars.Veel options within reasonable distance of Ypres, Lille, Dunkirk and the coast. Amidst many memories of the wars and great starting point for cycling tours.

Had a very pleasant stay at Le Bizet. Super friendly owners who are accessible and behulpzaam.Leuk cottage, stylishly furnished and tidy. Pleasant garden with terrace. Rural setting where you can make walking and cycling. Keep your culture, cities such as Ypres, Tournai, ... easy to bereiken.Dank to Josiane and Philippe, we felt really welcome you!

Within easy walking distance of Le Bizet for nice bars,bakery and very reasonable tabac/beer shop, a very short drive to France for cheaper fuel and a large supermarket, within easy reach of main roads to WW1 sites,Bruges, Ghent, Antwerp and beaches. Great standard of accommodation. The shower tray was much shallower than we are used to in the UK. We were able to get weather reports for France but not Belgium on the TV.
