The apartments are beautiful, the pool is great, and there are life jackets for all the children. An excellent stay in a place that still needs a bit of fine-tuning: the coffee machine was broken and not replaced, there was a lack of dishes, insufficient for 4 people. No solution could be proposed, other than going to get coffee at the reception. The departure procedure was quite poorly organized, the luggage cart arrived 40 minutes after the requested time, the children waited outside, and we missed the opening at Pairi Daiza.
