Elegant Mansion with Pools

My experience with this stay was unfortunately not good. Communication was very difficult. Several times I went to the reception myself (and also called) because the television was not working. Each time I was told it would be taken care of, but during our entire stay (3 days) this was not resolved. That was a shame, especially since I had clearly indicated this. Additionally, it was difficult that almost no one spoke Dutch, while I specifically asked for help with important matters. It felt like my requests were not really heard. The hygiene of the cottage also left much to be desired – I would give this a 6. I do want to emphasize that there were a few staff members who treated us very kindly and humanely – I am grateful for that. Unfortunately, due to the poor communication, lack of service, and disappointing hygiene, I would not return here.

It is a beautiful and quiet park. However, there were a number of things we encountered during our stay. The breakfast was very limited, with only a choice of croissant or bread with a boiled egg or jam. There was supposed to be a shop where some products could be purchased, but we could not find it. The staff, who spoke almost exclusively French (and therefore poorly in English), could not explain it to us for that reason. During our stay, it was around 28 degrees, which is partly why we chose this park for the pool. To our surprise, the outdoor pool was closed, and so was the sunbathing area around it. It turned out that this is only open in July and August. This is not clearly stated on the website. It's a pity, especially since the three lifeguards who were there had very little to do inside. Separately from the park, but something that should definitely be taken into account with a baby or young children, is that cars are not allowed near the cottage. It is a car-free park, which ensures a lot of peace. The downside is that with a lot of stuff and a baby, it was not always practical for us to first have to walk 15 minutes to the car. The cottage itself was fine, the basic amenities were present. The bathrooms were nice and the beds comfortable. We had a cottage by the lake, with a beautiful view. What was very unfortunate, however, is that the balcony is made of decking wood and they made the balcony railing so high that when you sit on the balcony, the wood blocks your view.

Beautiful domain and nicely maintained cottage by the lake. Restaurant was less: meat not cooked, inattentive service (little experience?) It's a pity the shop was not open and there was no bar open on the domain. Furthermore, great domain with fun activities.

Very clean and well-maintained property, We felt right at home, and the spacious design allowed us to have our own space, The indoor pool was a nice bonus, especially during a rainy day, Will definitely return!

We enjoyed it here—perfect for holidays, remote work (which is what I was there for) and stays with family or friends, Upon arrival I received a warm welcome, and check-in was quick and friendly (in a mix of French and English), A golf cart was waiting for me, which was quite expensive (€60 per day), but useful for heavy luggage and a first exploration of the domain, On the last day I discovered that there is also a free, spacious shuttle available on request! Despite that, everything is easily accessible on foot
