Very recent holiday home, ideally equipped for a maximum of 4 people, 200m from the Ourthe near Melreux - Hotton. The cozy Durbuy (10 km) and Hotton (2.5 km) are easily accessible in the area. Cozy living room with open kitchen, bedroom with double bed and modern bathroom with shower. A large sliding window gives access to the sun-oriented terrace and small enclosed garden. On the first floor you have a spacious mezzanine and one open bedroom with two single beds and a sink.
Remarks
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

We had a wonderful stay at this charming holiday home just a stone's throw from the Ourthe River, The cozy living room and open kitchen were perfect for our small family, We particularly enjoyed the sun-oriented terrace and the enclosed garden, where we spent our afternoons soaking up the sun, The location is fantastic, with Durbuy and Hotton being easily accessible for day trips, The hosts were very welcoming, and the house was clean and well-equipped, A great spot for a quiet getaway!

The pellet stove is difficult to get on for people who are not familiar with the use of a pellet stove. The pellet stove also makes a lot of noise and we were unable to program it, so we always ended up in a cold house.

The house is good, but is located on a road with quite a lot of car traffic. Too much noise because of that on the terrace.. Please move away. Moving house is another option.
