A superb cottage in the middle of a natural park.

Clean and spacious house well conformed with an authentic feeling. The location is gorgeous with an absolute stunning view of the valley below . Our host was super friendly we loved every second of our stay.

House nice to renovate, inside it still but out of date, the gutters have collapsed and rotted away. Owner is in a house opposite you and you will see him walking around your house all day long. In addition, part of the deposit retained due to wrong sorting of waste (sorted to my knowledge as indicated). For price / quality, this house is not worth it, environment was beautiful.

the house is very nicely situated, with a view over the valley. The house has everything to be a beautiful holiday home, but is neglected, needs to at least be refreshed and thoroughly cleaned etc .. to be. The area is very beautiful. You immediately wanders the countryside with its hills and valleys. The house has a beautiful view with a lovely covered terrace where the beautiful sunsets can genieten.De house is really a need for service and there should be better cleaned. Also around the house in the garden should be kept better.

We have people out of the countryside and keep more old than new. We were there just fine for our purposes. Pets were not allowed and will be hammered responsibilities with insurance and a hefty deposit. The danger exists and that we have often heard from friends that existing damage can be passed on and just be deducted from the deposit. Upon arrival at 16:00 in the afternoon, there was no inspection of the house with the landlord. The other day there appeared to be severely damaged a bedroom door. That door seemed to have been kicked open to be. A piece of wood was hanging loose. In persplex the patio door was a big star. Several patio chairs were found broken and worn. The BBQ was a mess. These defects did not disturb us, but we want to not be held responsible for. They should staan.Samen paper slipped us immediately a cat in and ate food directly to. With a code we were able to enter the apartment directly when we arrived.We have done beautiful walks in the immediate area.

with a beautiful view of the valley in complete tranquility, surrounded by the singing of birds ... wonderfully quiet and cozy cottage.

Location is nice, view is ok (a little pruning would help) .Onderhoud of the property is bad. The photo 's give a distorted picture.

On arrival the central heating turned defect, but not to worry because the friendly and energetic owner offered us as a temporary alternative to a new house in the center of Durbuy. The next morning the heat already recovered and we could involve our holiday home and enjoy the peace and the wonderful views.
