This cottage in the Ardennes has 3 bedrooms, making it ideal for a family holiday. From the (Swimming pool heated from April to the end of September. Swimming pool not accessible in winter) covered and heated swimming pool you can enjoy the beautiful view.
At the edge of the Ortho forest, there are many walking, cycling or horseback riding routes that make it possible to go from the simple village to Houffalize, Bastogne and Marche-en-Famenne. The town of La Roche-en-Ardenne is less than 10 km away and is a real must: the castle, the banks of the Ourthe, shops, restaurants... Enough to make everyone happy! In winter, ski lovers can use the facilities of nearby La Roche, Vecmont or Samrée.
This gîte is located in a renovated old farmhouse and has fully preserved its Ardennes soul and charm. It is located at the end of a quiet country road. The large terrace faces south and invites you to barbecue. The owners live in the adjoining part of the gite and know the region well.
Charging of electric vehicles is forbidden as these facilities are not available.
Please note: Renovation work is currently taking place on the second gîte located on the far left of the building. The works began in early October and are expected to continue until the end of December. Guests may notice activity in the outdoor area during this period.
Remarks
Due to safety reasons, it is forbidden to charge an electric car via the holiday home's domestic power network
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

A corner to feel good for stressed individuals and nature lovers. We really enjoyed the landscape, the nice residents of the place "Orth," and the charming little town of La Roche en Ardennes, which is a must-see. After an outing in nature and the surroundings, the pool was extensively used. We will definitely come back, especially since the distance to Frankfurt/Main is quite short.
