This property is perfect for large groups, With 12 bedrooms, we had plenty of space for everyone, The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals together, The living room with the fireplace was cozy and inviting, especially in the evenings,

Perfect for a group getaway! We loved the spacious bedrooms and the fact that there were so many amenities to keep us entertained, The kids particularly enjoyed the table football and the nearby swimming pool,

The cottage was dirty when we arrived. We had ordered some bed linens, which were not present upon arrival.

Initially we had reserved another (much nicer/more luxurious) accommodation in Weismes. This booking was canceled by Belvilla just over a month in advance, with the reason that the property was no longer available. The accommodation in La Roche was the only alternative offered to our group, at such short notice we had no other choice. The kitchen is large, but there is no cupboard space for food that does not need to be in the refrigerator, so we left it on the table. On arrival we could not find the (booked and paid for) bedding, after telephone contact it turned out to be in a box in the hallway with a lock on it, we received the code by telephone so that we could get the bedding. The rooms are somewhat small, beds are fine, but you sleep under a grubby blanket (with a sheet) instead of a duvet. There is a lot of deferred maintenance in this house, a lot of wood rot, protruding screws on the balustrade of the balcony, it is not clean, there is mold on the walls. In one bedroom there were plasters stuck to the wall, in another the door of the cupboard was against the wall. On the last day a person got a cold shower, because the hot water suddenly ran out?! We also had to record the meter readings ourselves, calculate the energy costs and fill in a form that had to be left on the table in the house. All in all, we enjoyed the beautiful surroundings of La Roche. We had a great time together, but this had nothing to do with the accommodation.

Very bad no words for it. Contractual agreements not fulfilled.
