Symon Lodge can accommodate 4 adults and 2 children.
This charming architect house is located in La Roche en Ardennes, in a quiet area close to the city center.The house is spread over two floors. On the ground floor: living room, dining room, open plan fully equipped kitchen, relaxation area with a quality sofa bed and separate toilet. The living room opens onto the garden and terrace through a patio door. The large fireplace is purely decorative (it cannot be used to make a fire) but gives the living room a unique character. On the first floor there are two bedrooms (with double beds), one of which is directly connected to the double bathroom (two separate but communicating areas with a bath and washbasin on one side and a shower, washbasin and WC on the other side)
The house is ideally located in a quiet area of La Roche en Ardennes. The town center and shops are a 5-minute walk away. Dogs are allowed for an additional fee and wifi is free.
Remarks
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

The location is super, on short walking distance of La Roche. It is a very nice house, but there is a strong smell of humidity in the living / kitchen area which really iritated us a lot and made our staying unpleasant. The curtains are in bad shape, many of them are stucked and can't be opened or closed.

At first sight it is a super cool house, nice garden, very nice location, close to the center and close to the Ourthe where you can kayak. Unfortunately it is not clean at all. The seats are dirty, you can no longer see what the original color of the carpet was, the mattress is worn, the paint is peeling off especially in the bathroom, there is no garden table or garden chair only a small lounge that is held together with tape. Furthermore it was really not cleaned properly. We found rotten apples from previous guests, spider and dust webs everywhere, mold in the washing machine and under the beds it has not been cleaned for ages. The shower had not been cleaned and we can continue to list. We called Ardenne online to report this, they sent someone to clean extra, but they did not do more than the floors. A crying shame, this could really be a great house if the state was not so dirty and not maintained.
