Spacious Stay, Tenneville

This place exceeded our expectations! The indoor fireplace was a nice touch, especially during the chilly evenings, We also loved exploring the nearby hiking trails, A great spot for nature lovers!

The house is located in a quiet and beautiful area, ideal for walks. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped. Large dining room and 2 sitting areas/living rooms, so children and adults can retreat to separate areas. Ample parking in front of the door. These are the positive points, but the house itself does not seem that "safe" to us. It has undergone a number of renovations over the years, but not always professionally. So it is best not to look in the basement where a number of supporting pillars are no longer functional and there is no smoke detector. The electricity supply and cabling are not carried out according to the rules everywhere. The mattresses are very "soft", or should we say saggy and worn? The taps on the sinks in the bathroom provide cold water with the lever in the direction of the red dot and hot water with the lever in the direction of the blue dot. This was a very good (cheap?!) plumber, with unintentional loss of energy as a result. Several ceiling beams are very low, so tall people should wear a helmet to protect their heads :-). The adjacent barn is completely dilapidated with a collapsed roof, and the gutters are hanging completely loose, therefore not accessible and even dangerous. We also think the price per night for the consumption of electricity and gas (heating) of €55, which was subsequently deducted from the deposit, is very high for a weekend in early November and that noticeably increased the cost of our stay. Considering the total amount paid, we believe that better holiday homes can be found in that area for that price/quality, so it is not worth repeating. Shame...

Once arrived, freezing cold inside. very old gang. no chair the same, no glass the same, no light bulb the same, everything creaks, the doors slide over the tiled floor, (cannot be otherwise with a gap of 1 mm to 15 mm depending) stoves full of ashes. door pulled open and turned out to be an old cellar, full of old gangs (read: garbage dump) of the 2 showers, only 1 had hot water. and it even leaked down 2 floors through the wooden floors. I can still go on like this. but this is certainly not belvilla worthy. (with 1 word: HAUNTED HOUSE) the deposit had to be paid in cash and would be refunded if everything was in order. we left it as we found it, an elephant would not be able to depreciate it. but once at home, 250 euros was deducted from the deposit due to: filling ???, heating costs ??? energy??? strange anyway. i'm going back!!!! ie CONTINUE SEARCHING AND SKIP THIS CAVE

Beautiful area, quiet location, spacious, clean and excellent beds

Characteristic, that is the keyword and feel free to hang everything on it, because otherwise the huge house was in need of a makeover and a major cleaning. Wonderful environment with lots of nature and nice places.

Perfect for little weekends out with a group of friends. Pictures don't do the place justice.

It is a unique, large, attractive house with a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom and a lovely garden. The neighborhood is rural, quiet, with friendly people. Many outdoor activities can be done at a short distance. With 10 adults, 3 children and a dog we enjoyed it!

normally I don't write a review but I want to protect future tenants from disappointment.it is so dirty and outdated it is impossible to have a nice holiday here.the shed attached to the building is not safe and is about to collapse.speak only 1 language, key transfer was not at the agreed time. all in all a very bad experience and bellvilla unworthy.de landlord is only out for a source of income and does not care about a happy holiday delivery.ook the backup from bellvila in this story is very disappointing.

A great old farm. Kitchen was fine. The heating was very good. Most beds were okay. An ideal home for children between 6 and 14 to come. All the furniture is outdated but there is TV and DVD and seats are good. We were lucky with the weather so a nice holiday. Too bad that marked walks are paved in the surrounding woods.
