Great campsite located in a beautiful area, with very helpful staff at the reception. However, the agreements and communication between Belvilla and the campsite management are very poor. Upon arrival, the reception asked me to pay the deposit (70 Euros) and tourist tax (40.80 Euros), while this was stated as included in the rental amount by Belvilla. This was not known at the campsite. It also turned out that the base price for renting the tent through Belvilla was already 110 Euros higher than if I had arranged it directly with the campsite, without these extra costs. As a result, the booking of the safari tent through Belvilla ended up being a total of 220 Euros higher than if I had booked directly with the campsite... In the meantime, I have received the (double) paid deposit back through Belvilla and the campsite, but not the double paid tourist tax (40.80 Euros). This, along with the higher base price, leaves a somewhat sour aftertaste from an otherwise enjoyable vacation...
