On arrival, viewed the house with a friendly manager, short explanation. Beautiful house but already significant damage to walls and furniture, especially moisture. According to ad Belvilla bread service and DVD player available, no DVD player and bakery only open to a limited extent like everything else in the village, especially at the beginning of the week. Problem with electricity, no power in the front room and socket, electricity came and appears to have burned a hole in the connection module, burning smell in the connection box although the installation was fairly new. Not resolved until the day of departure. Manager is always friendly and helpful, Nice house but too many shortcomings for a fairly high rent and little to do in the area.
