Holiday Home in Houyet with Private Sauna

A lovely stay! The garden was a peaceful spot to relax, and we made good use of the BBQ, The living room with the fireplace was cozy, especially during the evenings, Would recommend to families looking for a getaway,

A straightforward stay with all the necessary amenities, The washing machine and tumble dryer were particularly helpful for our large group, The location is also convenient for grocery shopping and dining out,

Our family had a fantastic time at this holiday home! The private sauna was a real treat after a long day of cycling, The kids loved playing outside, and we enjoyed some lovely BBQ evenings on the terrace, Perfect for large groups!

House: Kitchen and livingroom amazing Bedrooms a bit humid but probably if we would have turn on the heating in the bedrooms it would have been ok but we didnt do that. Sauna not used as was in the room next to the kitchen where the bins were and the fridge and another shower. A bit odd location but it is there. Most important negative things was communication with ardenn.com (not with bell villa): I asked multiple times what kind of bedlinnen i needed to bring (you could also rent it but expensive) and in the end wrong answer was given so we ended up with have linnen for two single beds instead of for one kingsize bed and duvet Also, i am now baco for a week and had bo communication about how much of my 1000 euro deposit i get back . You have to pay separately for the. Gas and electro (we left on sunday instead of monday) and have not got any overview of how much that was and also the deposit was properly taken from the creditcard and not left as deposit and hopefully will be paid back now via iban nr into my bank account. Very annoying all and not very reassuring. I hope i get it back and they can show me what i had to pay extra. In future, i wont book again via ardenn.com . The house and location however were amazing. Specifically for big groups perfect.

They were still cleaning the house at the time we were supposed to check in. It was clean, but the curtains were really dirty. In one room, there was even mold on the curtains. The kitchen was well equipped, with two dishwashers and a lot of plates and cutlery.

Nice house to spend time with family. The house was practically laid out with enough bathrooms and a spacious living area. The garden was very pleasant and fun for the children to play in. The barbecue (the real one was many times smaller) and play equipment were not the same as in the photo. However, when we arrived, there was a large fly infestation inside... There were at least 30 dead flies on the floor and many more flying around... I don't know what happened here, but it's not appetizing. The toilet also still had remnants. Other than that, it was clean outside but had a musty smell. All in all, a decent house! Too bad about the flies.

Great house, well cleaned. Somewhat dated interior and in some places the house is somewhat "affected" by the ravages of time. Facilities top present, double dishwasher and double oven. Not all rooms that you want to be able to lock, can actually be locked.

Day Just like last year, we spent our weekend here with the diving club. House has almost everything you need. It is a bit outdated, but this is in line with the price. regards
