Spacious Family Home, Sosoye

The cottage had a very nice and practical location and was certainly big enough. There are beautiful walks nearby and many other activities. The terrace on the first floor (with BBQ) was very cosy. There was a handy parking available. Unfortunately, it was really not clean. There were mice everywhere and the shower stank. One person had a hole in her backpack after the mice nibbled on it "at night. There was also no potable water, which was very inconvenient. The kitchen is very "basic" equipped and the seats were almost falling apart. The beds are very uncomfortable.The cottage itself was very cheap, but the bill afterwards with water and electricity was higher than we expected.Voor our group of (partly) students, it was okay, but next time we will go for a slightly more expensive one , but go a cleaner and more chic house.

Very nice place but disappointed with the cleanliness of the house. On arrival we cleaned the whole house. It was very cold inside, house not heated and heating not maintained, there was hardly any water in the boiler. We therefore consumed a lot of fuel oil when we were cold. The cottage almost cost us twice as much. with the cost of fuel oil and cleaning that had not been done. Another little surprise, 35 € for waste (I pay around 100 € per year)

Nice weekend, quiet area with lots of nature and freedom.

The house is beautiful, it is old (not very), but very dirty !! We have complained about this ....

It was very nice to go out with the whole family and the environment was beautiful. The brilliant weather gave an extra boost to the trip. The accommodation could be better.

We had a fantastic weekend with the family. Nice house with enough space and possibilities. Unfortunately, the finish and the cleaning left something to turn over

Nice house with enough space. The layout is on the 2nd floor what strange you go through the bathroom to the open bedroom, there is no lock on the door. There was only one toilet with a lock anyway, so the rest of the bathroom was not. In the otherwise fine kitchen we missed a number of things such as a tray, coffee / tea pots and a bread knife. The water from the tap is not drinkable. There was 1 large can with 15 liters on the water cooler, however, it was empty within 24 hours, we have bought water at the supermarket. The beds generally have plastic covers around the mattresses, although hygienic they are very sweaty. The pillows are very thin. The terrace above is a great place and the conservatory too. There is a nice bbq.

The landlord was not present on arrival, but the house was open, heated and tidy. The ride to it was great, beautiful roads. Great, natural environment.
