This luxurious holiday home is in the city of Moutoûyet. Ideal for families and groups, the place can house 15 people in the large 10 bedroom space it has.
There is a swimming pool and a sauna in the vicinity for each member to enjoy. The private terrace offers you a stunning view of the surrounding. You can use the barbecue and parking facilities as well.
For children, the place includes a high chair, children’s bed, a trampoline and the possibility of bringing along pets. There is also a sandpit and play equipment available. Enjoy the table tennis table and the boules court with your family and turn your stay into a fun-filled one.

It was a large, very noisy house, in need of renovation. A chair with protruding screws and loose sockets. The dryer didn't work, and the washer leaked. The bathroom on the top floor stank, there was a sewage smell. If 3 people had showered, the 4th had bad luck... cold water, and had to wait a long time. Only npo 1 and npo 2 were on the TV. to receive, despite frantic efforts by the landlord. A vacuum cleaner was delivered after a few days. Stuttering wifi ... and unfortunately the trampoline was broken. We are also very shocked by the consumption costs and additional costs. It must be said that there were more than enough crockery and pans and very nice two dishwashers. A compliment to the beds, which were fine.

Already emailed with owner before arrival and received the code for the front door and arrival time, we were kindly received.Accomodation is beautiful, new kitchen, nice pool and a lovely garden with roof and lounge set. Environment is beautiful for walking and you are quickly in Coo, Spa or Malmedy for a message, activity or snack / drink.We would still advise to purchase new bed linen and new crockery etc. We had a very nice week.

I had a little bit of fright because of previous reactions. But once arrived, everything turned out to be not too bad! Les Bastinettes is like standard houses in the Ardennes. You should not expect a super deluxe villa. The trampoline we have indeed not used (old and rusted), but we have 2x barbecued (very nice barbecue). The children also had enough with the pool. The artificial grass could indeed be replaced by anti-slip especially for a swimming pool, but this did not look dirty with the naked eye as mentioned below. The equipment in the kitchen is in need of renewal (especially the Senseo), but everything worked. The sauna we have not used. We were lucky with the nice weather and did not need it. The basement room where the sauna is, is indeed very stale and dirty. Maybe better move the sauna upstairs? All in all, we really enjoyed our vacation. Plopsa Coo is a ten minute drive!
