This beautiful house is situated in a magnificent location 7 km from the center of Francorchamps. It is attached to the holiday home Les Bastinettes (B 02145). The village of Moulin du Ruy is 15 km west of Stavelot. From the house, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the forests and the village of Moulin du Ruy. The house is spacious, very comfortable, and furnished in a very original style. The colors, layout, and furniture—nothing has been left to chance. You have a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, and the house features a wood-burning stove to enhance your evenings. A ground-floor bedroom is specially adapted for people with reduced mobility, accessible by wheelchair, with a shower and sink. The house has a large outdoor area with two terraces (150 m² and 40 m²) equipped with garden furniture, a barbecue, and a ping-pong table. Parking is available very close to the house. Communal gym with professional equipment (Technogym), access €10/session.
The property is accessible for wheelchair users and equipped with wall support handles for guests with reduced mobility.

for 4 nights we thought it was a bit too much money but looking at the pictures thought wow, but when we arrived there were a lot of comments, pool edges should be cleaned once shower that comes with it needs to be replaced and was clogged , pulled out a wad of hair which did not help, lights that do not work, stairs that are loose, oven that does not close, pillows and mattresses that feel like stone, fell through a bed due to slatted bottom broken, there is only 7 rooms in front 4 rooms must be flexible, trampoline child unfriendly, then you can give another 750 euros deposit and you will only get 300 back for all kinds of costs that come in. This house needs an upgrade

Nice welcome with the owner who did her best to speak Dutch. The house met and exceeded our expectations. Here and there some flaws such as the lack of fine pans to cook with for a large group. The area is beautiful and there is plenty to do. The pool was nice and we made good use of it! All in all a successful weekend in a beautiful, spacious house.
