Nice little house with a beautiful fireplace in a perfect location, the furniture is outdated but you can also read that as cozy. Great for dogs, just be careful of ticks in the woods during the season! The garden is not fenced, so keep an eye on the dogs. The sanitary facilities were not clean, I discussed it afterwards with the (by the way very nice) owner, but they indicated that they had cleaned everything well. They missed the edges under the toilet seat and hair in the bath/sink, so I cleaned it myself with Dettol. Despite this point of concern, I had a pleasant stay.

The house is beautifully large, the location is very nice. However, the house is really in poor condition. The kitchen is very old and the cabinets are loose. Outside on the terrace, there was glass everywhere while our 3 kids and dog were walking around barefoot. Inside was cleaned before arrival, but there was still a lot of dust and spider webs. There is no shower, only a bath with a showerhead. Very beautiful location and super nice people. But very old, broken house.

Atmospheric, large house in a beautiful location. Lots to do in the area and perfect for nature lovers. Shops not very close but easy to reach by car. Hygiene could be better, and I was also shocked by the high energy bill afterwards. So afterwards a mixed feeling. The costs could be better inclusive.

It is quite a nice house in a nice location, but it has never been maintained and it is terribly dirty and paid €400 in extra costs for 2 weeks in the summer, hardly showered. The least bad: broken TV and no wifi. Everything is broken, dusty, sticky. you can't shower there: you can't hang the shower, have to hold it at navel height, then almost no water comes out, you have to stand in the bath to shower, there was grease in it from previous people. Cobwebs everywhere. Benches and chairs sagged, dirty worn rugs everywhere with stains in them. Owner is a narcissist. She made me send photos for the insurance of trees and made us water the plants. Now that I find out that she charges €400 for 2 weeks where we hardly used anything in that house I am very angry and am going to file a complaint.

A house with a lot of potential; a beautiful fireplace, beautiful loft, lots of space and a good location near the Coo waterfalls. But what a shame that this house is not honored. Everything is very outdated, worn out and absolutely out of date. We no longer dared to cook in the kitchen, a clean glass or pan was no longer available and we always had to swallow when using sanitary facilities. Replaced tablecloth at own expense, we still wanted to sit at a clean table. No WiFi... but we can make up for that with a fun game of cards. Very high energy costs afterwards and a sky-high deposit. Belvilla, assess this house critically again, because price-quality ratio is now very hard to find!

Very nice environment, ideal for hiking. The house with its large fireplace exudes cosiness. The furniture is getting old. Unfortunately only a tub no shower but 2 toilets.
