Sleeping up to 18 guests across nine bedrooms, the former hotel has been converted into a spacious holiday home that balances hiking, cycling, and lake days with indoor comforts designed for large family gatherings and group stays.
Most afternoons drift between the heated indoor pool, terrace, and nearby forest trails while evenings naturally gather everyone back around the bar, billiards table, or sauna once temperatures begin cooling outside. Children usually move between the play equipment and table tennis while the adults settle into slower evenings beside local Ardennes beer and long dinners indoors.
Hautes Fagnes-Eifel Nature Park can be reached within roughly 7 minutes and is known for elevated boardwalk trails crossing peat bogs, forests, and open moorland landscapes. Reinhardstein Castle lies around 15 minutes away overlooking the Warche Valley, while Malmedy town centre can be reached within approximately 10 minutes for cafés, bakeries, and the Malmundarium cultural centre inside a former monastery. Guests interested in wartime history often head toward Baugnez 44 Historical Center roughly 17 minutes from the property, while Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps also lies nearby for motorsport fans visiting the Ardennes region.

The house is very clean, the living room and dining room are very modern and comfortable. we used the wellness which is fantastic, the jacuzzi just great, the very spacious sauna and a beautiful view, the children really enjoyed it. the house is ideal for a family stay. We have to stay calm for the neighborhood, so no fence, but that's normal. We will come back

The house is super modern and the managers have explained it well, music in the ceilings and LED lighting. The rooms are good with a small bathroom in each room. The wellness is just incredible with a super large sauna with beautiful views, the jacuzzi with colorful waterfall is the most beautiful I have seen, beautiful swimming pool with infrared lamp in the terrace. We will come back to this house.

Despite the fact that we were much later than planned due to a traffic jam, Philippe took the time to welcome us and explained everything clearly. The cottage is fully equipped, with an extensive and large kitchen, and a nice living / dining room. The swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna are of course fantastic to have! Philippe was also very helpful and easily accessible with check-out. The only point for improvement that we can suggest is that the house is somewhat "old-fashioned". Especially the bathrooms (but what a luxury to have a bathroom per bedroom) will soon need to be replaced. But otherwise great!

We enjoyed our stay with friends. The accommodation is a bit outdated, but this was not a problem for us. Received clear explanation about the facilities. Communication with the manager was also smooth. Due to the bad weather we mainly stayed indoors, this was not a problem due to the spa facilities. Enjoyed the sauna, jacuzzi and infrared. The pool is a bit on the cold side, but after the sauna that's perfect. For us this was a super nice stay, also a beautiful environment!
