This spacious 5-bedroom cottage in Baugnez is ideal for up to 14 guests, perfect for a large family or multiple couples seeking a peaceful Ardennes escape. The home features a private sauna, central heating, and a well-kept interior designed for comfort and relaxation. For reasons of tranquility, the property is not rented to youth groups.
The furnished garden is perfect for outdoor dining with a barbecue, while children can enjoy the play equipment and open lawn. Indoors, a shared playroom offers table football and other games for all ages. A children’s bed is also provided, making it a child-friendly stay. Up to 2 pets are welcome for a small fee.
Located just 500 m from restaurants and ski lifts, and 1 km from the forest, the cottage is close to walking trails, cross-country skiing, and local attractions like Reinhardstein Castle and the Hautes Fagnes Nature Reserve. Supermarkets and nightlife are just 3 km away.

Welcomed by the owner, even though we arrived later than planned due to the weather conditions. The cottage was cozy and nicely decorated, which immediately brought us into Christmas mood. Rooms were all clean and tidy, certainly spacious enough. In terms of kitchen equipment, we did not lack anything. Only downside, the address on Belvilla caused confusion. The correct address is Route du monument 21, Malmedy. On the lease with Belvilla was only "Les paturages, 2" and that is a street in Verviers. The cottage is called "les paturages", so I can see where the confusion arose. All in all it was a successful weekend and I certainly keep this gîte in mind when I am looking for accommodation for a large group!
