About Property

Having 4 bedrooms and good living space, this is a lovely cottage in Baugnez for 14 guests. You can unwind in privacy in the relaxation area with a sauna and shower. The cottage is ideal for a large family, two smaller families, or several couples.

The Hautes Fagnes estate and Reinhardstein chateau are nearby. There are opportunities for many walks and bike rides. Restaurants are at 500 m. The ski lift is at 500 m. Supermarkets and nightlife are at 3 km. The lake is 5 km for a swim.

The cottage has central heating. From the living room, you can move on the terrace that offers peace and tranquility. You can enjoy barbecue evenings with a glass of wine in the furnished garden. For children, a boule's court, a trampoline, and play equipment are present. There is a playroom with table football and billiards as well. 2 pets are allowed for an additional fee per pet.

Too bad there are only 2 double beds. And the beds are in urgent need of replacement. And that the photos are deceiving because of the playground, it seems as if it is right next to it, but there is another street in between, so you do not have a direct view of the children. For the rest, a pleasant stay.

Beautiful complex met all expectations. Also not bothered by the other guests. Complex consists of 2 parts each for 14 and then a smaller one for 3-6 people. Everything was present, very friendly welcome. The complex was beautifully decorated in the Christmas spirit. There was even a beautifully decorated Christmas tree in the spacious living room. Furthermore, a good base for exploring the region. The neighboring farm also provides the necessary entertainment (birth of a calf)

House in perfect order everything you need is available. Clean, enough space, enough material and nice sauna and play cellar and outdoor children's play area. Friendly welcome and the children were attending the milking cows a special experience. Beautiful environment to create from there nice walks. To highlight one downside it takes a long time before you get hot water in the kitchen - a tank bottom might be a solution. Maybe the stairs close to the top with a door curtain instead because of the noise that is heard over a little too much - especially with children in all had together a very nice weekend! Thanks!
