Begin your day by exploring the forest at 2 km. The lake and public swimming pool at 8 km are great to keep yourself active. During winter, the ski lift at 8 km takes you to the ski areas. There are plenty of excursion options like Malmédy, Stavelot, and Saint-Vith. The Supermarket, restaurants, and town center are 1 km away._x000D_

Interiors are warm with indoor heating and a gas stove in the dining room. The entire family can relax in the furnished garden. Kids can watch the animals in the meadows or try the shared trampoline and play equipment. There is also a barbecue to enjoy the evenings. On request, a cot and a high chair are provided. Thoroughly enjoyed my midweek in the Ardennes with my 2 dogs. Completely fenced garden, so ideal with the dogs. Beautiful surroundings and a complete cottage, bedroom with a double bed, sofa bed for 2 people in the living room. Bathroom with shower and toilet, dining area in a separate space. Free WiFi, TV (with many channels and Netflix) Documentation available to get ideas for outings and walks. Very complete kitchen, microwave, gas stove with electric oven, coffee maker, as well as a sensor and a kettle. Ideal location as a base to explore Malmedy and the surrounding area.

It is a small but very nice house with everything in it. You should be able to walk a small stair to go to the house. The house is in a beautiful scenerie and there is a lot to see in the Ardennes.

Well equipped little house. Child hosts. Only remark: the entrance over an unstable concrete stair outside, and a steep little path to the front door is not very suitable for older people, like us, over 80. It can be improved easily with a zig zag path, and/or a good wooden railing. Also missing in the information is that the living space is to the north, so in fall, winter and spring we did not see the sun outside. Nevertheless a great place to set off for hiking and biking, for younger people.

We have never had such a bad house, plus the information was completely incorrect. We immediately filed a complaint, which was immediately handled by the service department. The welcome was very friendly and even in Dutch. The house is small but everything you need is there. It's spotless and it smells very fresh. We will definitely go back in the summer to enjoy the beautiful garden. Despite the bad weather, we took some nice walks, the starting point of which is within walking distance of the house.
