Nature Retreat in Waimes

What a beautiful house in a stunning location. Everything is neat and well-maintained. A fenced area where our dogs could run around safely. In a word, fantastic.

A true favorite, the house surrounded by woods with a very nice enclosed garden enchanted us. The very spacious and beautifully decorated house made us feel at home. We found our haven of peace in Belgium. We are happy to have been the first French guests to discover this magical place. Thank you again to our host for this wonderful vacation.

I actually don't know where to start... The welcome from Aline lasted barely 10 minutes. Description of electric meters (3 pieces) Description of pellet stoves (2 pieces). And quickly through the rooms... The house is very outdated and smells musty... The kitchen is hopelessly outdated. Every room also has an electric heater... we had to use them to warm the room somewhat. A decent bathroom, albeit small, but okay. There is a second shower present... I wouldn't even want to wash my dog in it... The garden is large and enclosed, very positive about that. Our trip for next year is already booked... at Ardennes Etappe we have never experienced such conditions with them. I might visit the place once... so you know what kind of houses you are offering. And €10 per day for a mini Maltese is completely over the top... wtf. In the end, I had to pay an extra €200... dog, electricity, garbage bags, water, tourist tax. No PMD bags had to be paid for... they weren't even present. And €2 for a broken drinking glass.

I stayed in this cottage for a week with 2 dogs (Belgian Shepherds). For the dogs, there is a nice fenced garden from which very few dogs will escape. You really need to have an adventurous dog ;). There is a gate to the stream that runs behind, where they can cool off on warm days. The cottage itself is also in good order. The kitchen is fine, with a good stove and refrigerator. There is a small freezer, just a freezer compartment. The living room is also quite spacious. The couch is a bit saggy in places. There is a long table to enjoy meals together or play games. For those interested, Spa is not far away, so a visit to the circuit is also possible. All in all, a lovely place to spend your holiday, both with and without dogs.

nice spacious house, plenty of space. Both inside and outside. It is a pity that there are only 2 toilets downstairs and no toilet upstairs, where two bedrooms are also located.

It is a beautiful house with a large enclosed garden and lots of privacy. Through a gate you come to a running water. Not only very beautiful but both son and dog had a great time. P.s: there is WiFi in the cottage!

A wonderful place with a spacious, well-fenced garden where the dogs are free! A stream next to the house for cooling. Environment offers many opportunities in nature. The house is a bit dark and cool, but on hot days that is quite nice. The layout and accessibility of the bathroom is not ideal because you have to go through two bedrooms. Living room and kitchen are pleasantly spacious.

The house was nice and cozy but very cramped and damp inside, luckily there was a pallet to make it cozy in the living room. The distribution of the rooms is also not ideal .
