Holiday Home in Ovifat with Sauna & Forest

The accommodation is big enough for a family of 34 people with children. The problem is the price of heating oil. We arrived in a cold building. We were not able to get the deposit back because we were charged for heating oil at the price of €1.70/litre, which is the price of road fuel.

The house is ideal for a holiday with a large group including children! The large garden offers many romping and playing opportunities. The trampoline was a success! The BBQ and terrace are wonderful when the weather is nice. The house is ideally located for excursions to the High Fens, La Gileppe, Lake Robertville, ... The industrial kitchen is practically furnished. There is sufficient kitchenware, 3 refrigerators, a freezer and an industrial dishwasher. The living room (including a bar from a former hotel) and the bedrooms (almost all with a bathroom) are simply, but practically furnished. The owners are very friendly and are ready to solve any problems.

Nice house, especially for big groups with kids. There is a separate playing area, which is nice. Kitchen is well equipped, nice spacious rooms. Big garden.

We had a pleasant stay in Le Fagna with 33 people (15 kids). The house is in a good location and very big with lots of rooms and a cozy living room and dining area. The rooms are a bit damp in the morning but not problematic. The professional kitchen is absolutely fantastic with lots of material and space. Everything we needed for such a large group was available. The energy bill was high though due to the heating system. We enjoyed our stay and would book again if we ever do this again.

Great location for big family weekends. Child and elderly friendly. Nice sauna and play room (air hockey, pool table, football table) We specially appreciated the old fashioned bar area with enough tables for a flexible setting. A big fully equipped kitchen that allows to make meals for large groups. Nice outside space and as it was winter we had snow. Calm and quiet road. Not for very loud groups, as the neighbors are very strict about noise after 10 p.m. Not for people looking for very modern and flashy design.

House is ok, not too bad. Bed linen costs 10 euros per person and you must make all the beds yourself. Dirty diaper found in one of the bedrooms. Wasp's nest on the top floor, so those rooms could not be used. Very brutal owners. Treated us terribly. We only stayed four nights and they accused us of ridiculous damage. They did not answer our emails or respond and they did not refund our deposit. In addition to paying the cleaning costs for accommodation, we toiled and cleaned the entire house ourselves. Yet they accused us of all sorts of things and were very racist. We strongly recommend this house!

A great opportunity for a large group. Plenty of space both outside and inside. The area also has a lot to offer. We have spent a midweek here with 25 people with great pleasure. The owner and his wife are very nice people and help you to make the stay a success.

The holiday home was fine for our group. But a major annoyance is the poor contact with belvilla. Booking and receiving automated emails afterwards goes smoothly. But after the Booking it was impossible to change data or get in touch with Belvilla. Fortunately we had a good stay.

Environment very well, we have known them for a long time Arrival everything was fine, later there appeared to be 2 small defects in the house, the owner was informed.

Holiday home in a great location from which one can go for an ideal walk to eg High Fens, Reinhardstein ... Beautiful garden for the children and a large parking lot. Friendly owner, everything went well. is located at the ski slopes of Ovifat. The rooms were comfortable and clean, well-equipped kitchen where you can cook for the whole gang. The described facilities such as billiards leave a bit to be desired. The deposit of 1250 is reasonably high, yet we paid 750 euros in fixed costs. The cleaning had to be paid separately. This could also be taken from the deposit. A few minor repairs should also be carried out. (eg cleaning gutters so that you do not always get a flurry of water when you step outside, shower door ....)
