Had a very pleasant holiday, contact with the landlord was perfect, the house is in perfect condition, the mattresses could be renewed, a little play area for children in the garden would also be a plus, but it didn't affect the holiday's relaxation. Highly recommended...

Beautiful spacious house. Upon arrival, it turned out that a bar stool and a stackable chair (outside) were already broken. Other than a few sticking/loose doors, there was nothing else to complain about. The house was otherwise fresh and tidy. We felt welcome. Beautiful surroundings and had a nice vacation!

The holiday apartment provided us with a pleasant stay overall – especially the clean kitchen with good equipment and enough space for cooking and eating together was a big plus for our group of six. The floors, bathrooms, and furniture were also tidy and clean upon our arrival, which we greatly appreciated. However, some things slightly marred our impression. Unfortunately, the dishes and cutlery were not clean upon our arrival – although this could be resolved with a dishwasher cycle, it should have been noticed during the final cleaning. The armchairs in the living area have seen better days and were not inviting for sitting. The mattresses also showed significant signs of wear, which affected the sleeping comfort – a replacement would definitely be advisable here. In the outdoor area, we would have liked more garden furniture to be able to sit outside together in good weather. A grill was unfortunately not available, which would have been nice for a holiday apartment of this size and equipment. Additionally, we would have appreciated a brief overview of waste separation and an explanation of the Wi-Fi usage – both were missing and would have made orientation easier. We would like to highlight the good communication – both with the booking platform and with the landlord, who was friendly and accessible. With a few improvements, this accommodation would truly be top-notch!

Very nice house with enough rooms and well-equipped kitchen. Being able to eat outside. Nice large table where you can sit with 10 people. 2 complete beautiful bathrooms. Good beds. Cars can be parked on our own closed grounds. A short distance from Malmedy where there are plenty of bars, restaurants and terraces. All in all, a beautiful environment and a beautiful house for a stay with a group

The house was not very clean, especially the kitchen. However, once notified, the owner immediately took steps to fix the inconvenience. The photos on the site do not correspond to the current state of the house: ruined walls, unstable ladder rung, non-working lamp in one bedroom.

The cottage was very dirty. We had to clean everything ourselves first. No normal pans for baking or cooking. Everything needs to be replaced. Everything is baking. No lock on the door. Washbasins do not empty. You can not shower or use the tap because then you have cold water. Cutlery is very messy
