This simple 3-bedroom holiday home is located on the main Waimes - Malmedy road and is perfect for spending a vacation in the Belgian Ardennes region. Ideal for a family or a group of up to 7 people, the holiday home has a furnished garden to enjoy outdoor living.
At 0.5 km from the holiday home, you will find restaurants and supermarkets to explore. The town center t 2 km and nightlife pubs at 4 km are worth spending time in the evenings. There is a lake at 5 km for a pleasant day out. From here, numerous recognized places of interest like Malmedy, Spa, Robertville, Stavelot, and Lige are easily reachable.
Central heating keeps you cozy. The well-equipped kitchen has a coffee machine so that you can grab a quick cup of coffee anytime. You can enjoy delicious home-cooked meals in the conservatory or the verandah. In the evenings, you can light up the barbecue and enjoy it with a glass of wine. Play equipment is there for the kids. Very nice and cozy house while it is equipped with everything. The photos don't do it justice; there are beautiful views on all sides. And yes, on a busy road, but you don't hear or see anything from inside. Around the garden and trees. I was there in the fall: great! The owner is very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the peace and quiet and all the comforts of the house. Kitchen is fully equipped with all kinds of items, rooms are neat and clean. The bathroom too, although the shower was just enough for one person: then it became colder Maybe it will be good again after a while, I don't know. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful week in Waimes. The house more than met our expectations. It is located in a beautiful, central location for a visit to the High Fens. Several shops and restaurants are a short distance from the house. The friendly homeowner received us with a warm welcome. We would like to come back again.

House fully meets expectations. Attentive owner (French and German speaking), nice garden, with plenty of space, sun loungers and BBQ. Parking space sufficient. Double glazing but unfortunately no mosquito nets. During the warm days in which we stayed, it remained relatively cool inside. Well along (during the day) very, very busy road.
