Luxurious Cottage in Aywaille with Sauna

Our stay was amazing! The accommodation was clean, equipped with all necessities, and comfortable. The jacuzzi was a really nice bonus! We enjoyed our stay!

Het vakantieverblijf op zich voldoet aan alle wensen qua inrichting en zeker qua faciliteiten (jacuzzi en infraroodsauna). De ligging is voor ons een groot pluspunt. Het is een zeer rustige, doodlopende straat en het uitzicht is fantastisch. Het centrum van Aywaille ligt op slechts enkele minuten met de wagen. Wat ik vreemd vond, is dat bij aankomst één van de twee slaapkamers afgesloten was. Ik was er welisaar alleen met mijn zoon van 11 jaar, maar deze slaapt thuis ook in zijn eigen kamer. De dag erna werd de kamer op mijn vraag wel geopend door de eigenares. De hygiëne kon iets beter, tenslotte betaal je 120,- Euro voor de eindschoonmaak (en met hond, zoals ons, zelfs 135,- Euro). Er waren enkele spinnen in de kamers, er staken vuile handdoeken en schoonmaakdoeken in de wasmachine. De eigenares zou in het midden van de week nog langskomen om de jacuzzi na te kijken en te behandelen, maar zij heeft niets meer laten weten. Wij vonden de jacuzzi niet proper. Conclusie: wij hebben een fijne week gehad, maar volgende keer gaan we toch een ander huisje proberen.

Very neat, super location.

The stay meets the expectations as described, the hostess is very friendly and keeps completely to herself, everything is super clean and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need, we definitely want to return there once.

A very nice holiday home with a beautiful view. Only the WiFi is very poor. And with 2 teenagers, that is quite annoying.

We have been here for the 2nd time and there will be more to come, homesickness is already present. Very satisfied with the cottage, the view and the jacuzzi. The village is also close for the shops and a great bakery. There are walking routes from the door and also a little further. The Ninglinspo river walk is a MUST to have done. Durbuy is also a 30-minute drive and nice to have something to eat/drink. Ps. Even the small (not obvious) things have been thought of, there is pepper/salt, detergent/sponge, dish tablets, toilet paper, blankets, Netflix, ... the owners have thought of a lot. Cosy, clean villa cottage. Friendly hostess! Breakfast for an additional fee was neat and sufficient. The mattresses were too hard for us back sufferers, a topper would have made sleeping more pleasant. Heating could not be turned on, it was already a bit chilly in the evening. Since we paid for the entire cottage that could be occupied by four people and we were only two, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom were closed. Cleaning costs expensive since we left it tidy. Beautiful view of the valley, donkeys and nice relaxing in the large jacuzzi, great!

It was a nice and good stay, just a pity about the early checkout on the last day

The view was beautiful and the jacuzzi was wonderful, but the house was not very clean, many spiders and cobwebs and you are not allowed to adjust the heating yourself, so it sometimes became very warm in the house. We wouldn't come back here anytime soon.
