Nature Stay with Garden

What a lovely stay! The cozy living area was perfect for our family evenings, and the kids loved playing in the garden, The high chair and play equipment made it so easy for us, Definitely a place we would return to!

We enjoyed our time at this property, The private garden was a great spot to relax with a book, and the nearby forest trails were perfect for morning walks with our dog, A peaceful escape indeed,

Complaint regarding the accommodation Dear Sir or Madam, I would like to file a complaint regarding our stay in the rented holiday home. Unfortunately, the accommodation deviated significantly from the description in your offer in several respects: • The offer stated that there would be children's pools – however, these were never present on-site, • fishing, which was advertised as an option, was not allowed, • the photos and description included a Senseo machine and an oven, but these were not available, • furthermore, the hot water boiler worked very poorly and kept shutting off, which made usage very difficult. Due to these discrepancies, I consider the offer to be misleading. I request an explanation and a reasonable proposal for compensation. Sincerely, Rus
