Communication was easy, but the whole process was unnecessarily complicated. I had to go through three different platforms, print a voucher, and register my personal information twice. The apartment itself was good, but there was no soap provided for three days. The staff was not very flexible with guests, and the local team was not particularly friendly or welcoming.
