This beautifully situated holiday home is located in Afritz am See in Carinthia, in the beautiful "Gegendtal", south of Verditz and offers a fantastic view over the valley. The holiday home has four comfortably furnished apartments.
This apartment for a maximum of 4 people is approx. 65 m2 in size and is located on the first floor. It has a double bedroom, a living room with an open kitchen and a sofa bed for two more people. This apartment also offers two bathrooms with a shower and toilet as well as a spacious balcony with a beautiful view. The holiday home and the surrounding area are a true paradise - for both children and adults. You can reach Lake Afritz in 8 minutes and Villach in 25 minutes.
In summer you can relax on the lawn or have a barbecue in the evening. Early risers will be rewarded with a fairytale view over the Karawanken. You can go on beautiful hikes or visit one of the lakes in the area. If the sun doesn't shine for a day, you can visit one of the museums or go swimming in the thermal baths.
If you strap on your skis full of energy in winter after breakfast, the ski lifts are not far away. The ski resorts of Bad Kleinkirchheim, Gerlitzen and the border triangle are all in the area and provide a lot of variety. The little ones are in the best hands on the Gerlitzen. After a wonderful day of winter sports, you can pamper yourself in the warm thermal springs of Bad Kleinkirchheim.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön . Es war alles vorhanden was man in einer Ferienwohnung braucht. Die Vermiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zu Silvester gab es noch eine Flasche Sekt aufs Haus. Sehr aufmerksam.

Wonderful small apartments with a view of the beautiful valley and the Karawanken im Hintergrund. Sehr saubere und uufgeräumte Wohnung with large deck balcony with doppelmöbeln. Personal attitude and personal friendliness. Viele Möglichkeiten in der Region für alle Artsen von Aktivitäten und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Sehr empfehlenswert. Übrigens were like Paar ohne Kinder here.

Had a wonderful holiday in a beautiful walking environment. The stay Verditz 3 was exceptionally nice, lovely view from balcony on the Karawanken mountains. Tranquil environment. Lots of walking in the area. Our son of 10 years enjoyed himself very well. Worth repeating, we'll be back another year.

House is a wonderfull place, from the house you see a big valley with a view of the Karawanken. Hostess does her best to make you feel at, linen and widely available. Fine place to make day trips from there to Italy and Slovenia, Triglav national park is highly recommended.
