Apartment in Silbertal near Ski Lift

The location of the apartment is nice if you like to be a little away from the hustle and bustle. This year we were lucky and were able to ski and snowboard right down to the apartment. The apartment is very close to the Kapellbahn, so you can get to the ski area very quickly. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the apartment leaves a lot to be desired. At first glance, the kitchen, bathroom and floors are clean, but at second glance there are many unpleasant things: Starting with a completely crusty baking tray and a full ashtray, for which the landlady apologized profusely, it unfortunately continued like this: the filter coffee machine was still full of old coffee, we found a plastic bowl with oil residue in the kitchen cupboard (many thanks to the holidaymakers before us!), I had to wipe toothpaste residue off the bathroom furniture, and I found completely dried-out bread residue under the bench. There was dust in all the more difficult to reach corners. The towels urgently need to be washed properly (with hot water), because they stank after the first use. At our house, the towels don't smell even after a week. I think they are either washed at too low a temperature or not washed thoroughly. For some unknown reason, the fridge and freezer were turned off. Since the lights were still on, we didn't notice until the second day. By then, the frozen food had naturally thawed. :( We have no idea why someone would turn off the fridge when the apartment is rented out non-stop during the winter season. The apartment needs a thorough cleaning down to every corner. For the rather high price, we expect a clean apartment. We recommend that the landlady make a checklist so that nothing is forgotten when cleaning after a change of holidaymakers. Instruction manuals for the TV, wood stove, induction hob and refrigerator would be very helpful (I searched the internet for a while until I found out how to turn it on). If the cleaning problems can be solved, it is a great apartment that we can recommend for families of 4 due to its location and size. If the apartment were clean, we would be very happy to rent it again.

it would be a 4 person apartment with 2 bedrooms, however there was only 1 bedroom for 2 people; furthermore the apartment was not clean in several places; the apartment is equipped with everything! The privacy is also fine. There is a terrace but you can not really sit in the sun (North side)

Very neat and well furnished holiday home. Fully equipped. Very clean and well maintained. Very friendly people. We were there off season. As a result, many were closed. But we came there for our rest and that worked out well. Enjoy the fantastic view every day.

Beautifully situated residence in Silbertal in the Montafon mountains! Great apartment (recently renovated) fully equipped! Super nice host and hostess! The only inconvenience for our party is that the apartment has to be reached by stairs and given the fact that there are 2 people in our party with walking difficulties, that is not pleasant! It is not reflected in the advertisement, even after contacting Belvilla before booking I was told the apartment was easy to get to, on arrival it turned out differently! I must say that Belvilla has dealt with this problem seriously and perfectly for us, our compliments for that! But despite that lesser point for us, I can recommend everyone to spend a holiday at Appartement Jacquelin in Silbertal.

The cottage is in a beautiful location on the valley run. The cottage is simple but does fine. The ski area is beautiful and offers many possibilities.

Nice apartment with two bedrooms, one of which can be reached via a hallway. WC and shower are located in the bathroom. Apartment is suitable for a maximum of 4 people. Very nice owners and the piste runs past your terrace.

Great apartment in a beautiful area. Too bad the house is on the shadow side of the mountain. Now that we were there later in the year, the sun no longer comes around the house. But it could be found during the walks that can be made directly from Silbertal. The house has a wood stove that heats up the house quickly and gives it a cozy atmosphere. A few minus points we found that there are only 2 bath towels per person for the whole week, a clock that hangs there but does not work and in some kitchen cabinets it was disordered and some dirty cutlery parts in the drawer. They are only small things, but they do give a certain impression. We had a wonderful week in an area where we will definitely come back.
