This large, modern and typically Austrian country house for a maximum of 18 people is located directly on the slopes of Kaprun in Salzburgerland and is a real ski-in, ski-out accommodation in winter!
The country house, which you have entirely to yourself, is divided into 2 apartments, located on the 1st and 2nd floors. Both apartments have their own entrance, making the house ideal for families or friends traveling together.
Both apartments are spacious and modernly furnished, although atmospheric Austrian details have not been forgotten. The tasteful living rooms, each with an open kitchen, offer plenty of space. In addition, there are a total of 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms at your disposal. From the balconies you have a unique view of the surrounding mountain landscape. In summer you can also use the large garden and there is parking available directly at the house.
In Zell am See - Kaprun, the Ski Alpin Card offers a total of 408 kilometers of slopes in 3 top ski areas: the Schmittenhöhe as a family-friendly ski area, the Kitzsteinhorn glacier ski area offers a high alpine experience and the Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn ski circus has a large number of varied slopes.
In addition to winter sports, there are also plenty of sports options for the other seasons: rafting or white water canoeing, hiking, mountain biking, golf on the 18-hole golf course, which is just a few minutes away. The public pools and beaches Seespitz and Erlberg in Zell am See also offer lots of swimming fun in summer!
In short: The entire Kaprun-Zell am See region has a lot to offer you in all four seasons!

The house is very nice and has a great view. The apartments are very cozy and modern. The numerous bathrooms come in handy when you have a large group. The dishwashers do not work very well and there could be more cutlery in the kitchen. The cleaning fee seemed a little high to us because it was made clear to us several times that the apartment must be left swept clean. All in all, recommendable!

We had a great holiday week in Oberaigenhof. We were with friendly families with a total of 14 people on site and had rented the two large apartments. The location of the Oberaigenhof for skiers is phenomenal, especially if you're in the group. Due to the many, many fresh snow in our week and wind on the glacier, we were the whole week only on the local mountain Maiskogel on the way. Although we have very demanding skiers and snowboarders with us, everyone was happy with the small family ski area. But above all, that everyone could make a short break in the house at any time and then again and again could easily join the group, was just great. The apartments are very nice and clean. Again, it is very convenient for groups that every family could have their own bathroom. Only a pity for us was that the two apartments have only an external connection and the kitchen was a bit too small for our needs, as we in the group passionately like to cook well. The landlords are super nice and helpful. We felt very well and would definitely go back.

Well the house is fantastic nice clean cozy surroundings beautiful and the sky area fantastic but the owner is not so cozy you can not open a window and the light is not allowed on the balcony and we have not had clean towels in that week we have had the whole week with z "n two with three towels to do and when we call belvilla with our complaints, she also turned the stove low so that we had a cold shower in the morning no the house owner was really not fantastic but belvilla we really recommend everyone

House was perfect Designed for working families but in our case, because you use two levels seen a rise upwards like indoors because we were always outside, but was otherwise not annoying though. And also we would like at least one change of towels and kitchen towels (1 towel per week is very little is in our view) are in the week ..
