This lovely home, perfect for five people, is located on a large beach plot, by lake Skeingesjön. The house has a wonderful view of the lake and comes with its own boat dock, complete with a small rowing boat. There are opportunities to go fishing as well, though a fishing license is required, further information can be found within the house. The large, roofed terrace offers a lovely view of the lake. This is the perfect place to relax and grill dinner after a day of activities. Please feel free to use the grill! The house has a large living room area, including a TV, complete with Viasat channels. A perfect room for spending time together at the end of a day out on the lake, or in the local town of Osby. The holiday home comes with two bedrooms, the master bedroom is suitable for two people. There is a smaller bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed. The kitchen is also spacious and comes with almost everything you could need. The single bathroom has a toilet, a wash basin, and a shower, renovated 2022. The basement,which includes a laundry room, can be accessed via staircase from the outside of the house. The garden is a great place for fun and games and of course is perfect for simply relaxing by the lake. For those interested in playing golf, Vittsjö Golfklubb is within reach, only 20 kilometres away.
