The property features its own jetty where the included motorboat (18 ft with 4 HP motor) is moored, making it perfect for fishing or exploring the lake. The area also offers a lovely swimming spot, a spacious 800 m² garden, and a sun deck for relaxing outdoors. The cottage is ideal for those who enjoy both tranquility and outdoor activities in scenic surroundings. Inside, the cottage has a fully renovated kitchen (2013) with an electric cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. The bathroom, also renovated in 2013, includes a shower cabin, washbasin, WC, and underfloor heating. There is a comfortable living room with a pellet stove, TV, DVD player, radio, and a sofa bed area separated by a curtain.
