Bright and well-kept cottage located on a large natural plot in quiet, scenic surroundings in the small fishing village Nr. Lyngby a little north of Løkken. The house is located at the end of a cul de sac and thus completely undisturbed. The house was completely modernized in 2012. It contains a living room / kitchen in open connection, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and underfloor heating. The living room is bright and well-appointed with furniture in the well-known Danish holiday home style, where the owner has managed to match new and retro furniture with a sure hand. The result is a very well-functioning living area with good light and very good space for cosiness and togetherness. On the terraces around the house you can stay undisturbed and find both shelter and sun. From here there is direct access to the large, completely undisturbed natural plot. For cheap heating, the house is equipped with both air-to-air heat pump and wood stove. There is a large extra fridge / freezer in the shed. Not for rent to youth groups. If you are several families who want to leave together, then the house next door can also be rented. See under house number 08439.
A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
Remarks
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
