10 person holiday home in Øyer

Big win for the location—super close to Hafjell for skiing and some cute dining spots nearby, The kitchen's fully stocked, so cooking a group dinner was a breeze, No cap, can’t wait to come back!

The location of the holiday home is ideal for visiting the bike park in summer. It is located at the height of the lift middle station. From there you can get straight onto the trails. That's why we were there. That's why it was ideal. The rest of the family was cycling up on the mountain. We didn't see anything else. / / The house has far too little space for the stated number of people in combination with a bike/ski area: There are only cupboards without compartments in two of the four rooms and no storage space for bikes, for example. The ski gear might fit in the boiler room. I don't know if that's enough for 10 people. / We used the covered terrace as a storage space because it was too small for four people to sit on. Sitting outside was otherwise not so easy. The outdoor facilities were not that great overall. / There was only one Keys and the key box could not be used due to lack of a PIN, / / The house is not designed for foreigners, all communication was in Norwegian, as was the television, This led to some difficulties with the household appliances, The illustrated directions to the house were only in Norwegian and also incorrect, The journey was a disaster when you can hardly get up the hill with a heavy load, you can't actually turn around because it's far too narrow and dangerous and then you drive the wrong way, / / The communication from DanCenter was also not helpful, The address for the key handover that was communicated several times was wrong, The correct address was then somewhere in the small print, behind an extra link, After two days of driving, just super annoying and exhausting because totally unnecessary, The statement made in advance about bed linen/towel rental was also wrong, so we had to lug too much with us / Communication on site and clarification of questions was clarified with the booking office on site, This is not DanCenter, / / You should also know that this is a huge holiday

The cabin is beautifully furnished and very clean, It was a little chilly during our stay, but the indoor fireplace kept us warm and cozy, Highly recommend visiting the nearby High Ropes Course for a fun adventure!

We had a great stay! The views from the cabin were breathtaking, and it was the perfect base for hiking in the Norwegian mountains, The kids loved exploring the surrounding nature, and we enjoyed the quiet evenings after a day of adventure,
