Holiday cottage close to the city with a panoramic view of the fjord. Go fishing in the fjord or catch trout in a lake 5 km away. The house has a big living room with a large dining table and a corner for watching TV. Open connection to the kitchen with a small kitchen table. There is a swing set for children close to the house. The plot is hilly and located by the sea, where you can go swimming only 70 metres from the house. There is a sandy beach only 1 km away. Boats for rent, available upon request): 1 x 20 foot Kvernø 585 (5,9 m) with 60 HK Yamaha 4 stroke engine, 10 rod holders and Garmin 72 Cv chart plotter/GPS/sonar 1 x 22 fots Kaasbøl 660 SC with 150 HK Yamaha 4-taktsmotor, 10 stroke engine, 10 rod holders and Garmin 72 Cv chart plotter/GPS/sonar The boats are moored 80 metres from the house. Kristiansund is a city on many islands known for bacalao and fish restaurants. Visit the fishing village of Grip by ferry, a unique experience. The single beds can be combined. One bed is 120 cm wide with a bunk bed on top. Two single beds can be combined and the double bed can be split into two beds. There is a double sofa bed in the living room. The house is located below a bridge which is the main approach to Kristiansund, some traffic noise should be expected. There are some power across the bay.

The house is only a few meters from the water and can be reached via a well-paved path. / The secluded location and proximity of the boat to the house is also great, as is the filleting area directly at the boat mooring. / The landlords are extremely friendly and helpful!! / The house is spacious and nicely furnished with everything you need. / The only downside is the proximity to the busy road bridge. Although you don't hear much of it in the house, as the windows are well insulated.
