Nice house with a rural location and scenic surroundings outside Brålanda. Ideal for a relaxing holiday with a good location to discover this beautiful part of the country. Spacious kitchen with amenities such as dishwasher and separate laundry room with washing machine. Lovely light and the entire lower floor was renovated in 2025. On the lower floor there is also one bedroom with a comfortable double bed. Bathroom with toilet and shower. Up the stairs you have the upper floor with a cozy living area and smart TV. Here you also have the second bedroom with two single beds. Outside you have a nice terrace with gas grill and outdoor furniture where you can sit down with a beautiful view of the surrounding fields. It is shared with the owner, who lives in the house next door, but there are trees in between and the backs of the houses face each other. If you want to take a dip in the lake, there is a swimming area about 8 km away, why not bring your picnic and spend part of the day there. If you want to discover nature in the area, there is, for example, Ecopark Halle-Hunneberg about 30 km away, a popular nature area perfect for hiking and cycling. Here you can also see the king of the forest in the wild if you are lucky.
