A pleasant, charming and well-kept holiday home with the forest as a backdrop and views of open meadows and the Ätrafors dam. A rural idyll with proximity to swimming and fishing as well as the large shopping area GEKÅS in Ullared. The cottage has a spacious plot, a little paradise for all the family's activities. On the ground floor of the house there is a living room with a sofa bed and TV, a well-equipped kitchen with dining area and a bedroom with a double bed and TV. The bathroom has a shower. The upper floor has three bedrooms. One has two single beds and the others each have a single bed. There is a freezer by the staircase. There is free wifi and chromecast for both TVs. The terrace has comfortable lounge furniture and a barbecue. Here you can enjoy warm summer evenings with a lovely view of the area. Next to an outbuilding there is a washing machine. There is a charging box for an electric car by the house. The adjacent annex is only used when the owner is supervising and maintaining. The Ätrafors dam, connected to Ätran, has a nice public swimming area with toilets, a jetty, barbecue areas, courts for boules and beach volleyball. There are also fishing opportunities here. You can find fine salmon fishing in the Ätran fishing area, a fishing license is required. A short drive away you will find Ullared's gigantic shopping centers. A short drive and you will reach the lovely summer town of Falkenberg with its nice beaches and cozy shops, cafes and restaurants. There are several excursion destinations in the area, including Åkalla beech forests, Öströös sheep farm and Ästad winery.
