From the hall, a staircase leads down to the basement level with a large living room with fireplace, sofa group and bar, two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a single bed. From the kitchen and one of the bedrooms, patio doors lead out onto the large patio area with hot tub, summer furniture and barbecue, as well as a glazed conservatory with sofa and dining area and TV.
