A lovely cabin for nature lovers and those who love peace and privacy. The cottage is surrounded by forest but close to the village's buildings and the lovely Kalvsjön. The area is full of fantastic excursion destinations and fine fishing lakes. At the nearby campsite, you can rent a boat, family canoe and buy a fishing license. Here is also the swimming area. The house has two bedrooms on the ground floor. One with a double bed (140cm) and one with a bunk bed and a single bed. The bathroom has a shower. In the open kitchen and living room there is a dining area and a sofa bed. The kitchen is well equipped. Here there is a modern TV with chromecast and a wonderfully warming wood stove. The room is open to the ceiling, which gives a lovely spaciousness. Adjacent is a glazed conservatory. Upstairs is the sleeping loft with a separate room that has a double bed and outside a single bed. The plot is green with protective forest all around. Several walking paths pass by the house. A short walk away is the public bathing area The area where your house is located is idyllic and rich in lakes. Here you are always close to fine fishing waters, excellent canoeing experiences, quiet outdoor swimming, inspiring bike tours and pleasant hiking trails. Pike, perch, zander, lake, roach, bream and whitefish are found in lakes and streams. Fishing license required. Boats with motors and family canoes can be rented in the nearby campsite. The small pleasant church village also has a grocery store. Frisbee golf is available in the nearby village of Mårdaklev. A short drive away you have Europe's largest shopping center, GEKÅS in Ullared. It is about 50 km to the summer town of Varberg. The nearest golf club is Kinds golf club outside Svenljunga.
