The spacious 120 m2 wooden terrace is perfect for sunbathing on the two double sun loungers. Inside, the house offers two bedrooms with comfortable double beds and a TV in one, as well as a bedroom with two single beds and a TV. The large, open kitchen/family room is ideal for socializing, with a dining area for 12 people and a cozy sofa area with a TV and fan heater. The house has two modern bathrooms with toilets and underfloor heating, one of which is also equipped with a washing machine. In addition, there is a cozy annex with room for six people in a double bed, a bunk bed, and a sofa bed, making it ideal for two families. As an added bonus, you can enjoy your own private lake with a small boat for relaxing mini fishing trips. For those who love the outdoors, there is a shelter where you can spend the night or enjoy cozy evenings around the campfire. Please note that the pool can only be used from June to August. Not available for rental to youth groups or construction crews.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
