The rest of the house is furnished in a pleasant style with subtle lighting, light dimmers and pictures of beaches from around the world. Besides the 7 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and the mezzanine there is the pool room with whirlpool, water slide, counter-current system and sauna as well as the activity room with pool, table football, darts, Nintendo Wii and PlayStation. Wireless internet throughout the entire house, 3 TVs with satellite dish and stereo set. Outside you will find a trampoline (usage at won risk/insurance), jungle gym, 2 grills, large, covered terrace, sun beds, chairs and a table on a lawn with 2 football goals. No letting to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
