Welcome to a very inviting forest villa for those who are on holiday or a work trip close to the Ring Lake for those who both love swimming and fishing! This is an opportunity to embrace high standards and the comfort of the greenery into the knot in a relaxing place! This large house offers generous living spaces both indoors and outdoors, perfect for making memories and enjoying time together. There are three spacious bedrooms here for ultimate comfort and a good arrangement depending on how the party looks. There is also a guest cabin here for extra privacy or for those looking for a place to relax. However, this guesthouse is currently under renovation and is not available. The house can accommodate up to 8 people, making it ideal for families, friends or colleagues looking for a pleasant place to live together. The rooms look as follows: first room, two single beds (90cm) and an extra travel bed. Second room, A double bed (180cm). Third room, Bunk bed (150 cm + 90 cm). There is a bathroom and a separate WC, both equipped with all amenities. In the living room there is an inviting wood stove, perfect for cozy evenings and creating a warm atmosphere. Adjacent to one of the two dining groups is a beautiful conservatory, ideal for relaxation or social gatherings. From the conservatory you reach a well-sized terrace with a lovely garden and views in different directions, perfect for enjoying the beauty of nature. In the garden there is also a soccer goal and a basketball hoop for activity. There is a lot to do in Skåne within a reasonable distance. For those who appreciate swimming, fishing, walking or cycling, you have as much beauty as possible. Just a short drive away you have Ringsjön, where you can both swim and fish. Other sights and excursion destinations are Lake Bosarpsjön, Bjeverödsdammarna, Skåne Djurpark, Fulltofta Nature Center, Bosjökloster and an incredibly fine golf course (Bosjökloster GK). At Vaxsjön there is also the option of renting a boat for a small fee. If you've had enough of fresh water and want to swim on one of the finest beaches in Scania, Yngsjöstrand in the eastern part of Scania and Borstahusen in the western part are excellent. Along the coast towards Österlen, you also have Kiviks Musteri, Stenshuvud, Karl Fredrik at Eklaholm and much, much more. Welcome to a place where every moment becomes a memorable experience!
