After hiking up through the forest for about 1 km, you are rewarded with an absolutely unique experience. The landscape splits open, and a panorama spreads out. Many visitors choose to take day trips to Brattön. They take the ferry in the morning, explore the island with picnic baskets in hand and enjoy swimming in the clear water before the ferry takes them back to the mainland in the afternoon.
