Welcome to one of Malmö's most popular neighborhoods - Limhamn! A residence with where you can almost feel the sea breeze from the garden, you have no more than 2000 meters to the sea. Inside, you are greeted by a very spacious hall that leads into a delicious bathroom with a double shower and a door to the balcony. Further into the house, you have an open floor plan between the kitchen and living room. If you love cooking and sitting together during long evenings, you've come to the right place. Here there is a spacious dining area and substantial sofa as well as a wood burning stove that increases the cosiness factor all year round and provides plenty of warmth. There are two bedrooms upstairs, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed. There is also a double bed in the basement. All beds with good sleeping comfort. There is also an extra bathroom and washing machine and dryer in the basement. Here you will enjoy and feel good. Also take the opportunity to grill something good on the gas grill. In addition to wonderful beaches along the coast, you are within walking distance to Limhamn's cozy streets, the ferry dock where you can eat famous pizza or eat really good ice cream. A couple of miles towards Höllviken and Skanör Falsterbo you have beaches beyond the ordinary, worth a visit. For those who love golf, you have one of Europe's best training facilities, PGA Sweden National, not too far away by car. If you want to go on excursions, this place is very well located. You have incredibly nice beaches along Ystad, Löderup beach, Kivik and Sandhammaren. You have Malmö center if you love the city center and shopping or Emporia's shopping center. You have a very popular Café down here "Olof Viktors" which is highly recommended. Feel free to also visit the Old Bakery - Örnahusen, Fredrik on Eklaholm. In Österlen you have Ale's stones, Kåseberga and much more. For the children there is a lot to explore such as Skåne Zoo, Ystad Zoo and Tosselilla Summerland and much more. You can even take the ferry from Ystad to Bornholm. Also take the opportunity to fish in all of Skåne's wonderful lakes.
