Great holiday home on Nesøya just 150 meters from the fjord. Large terrace with a view to the Oslofjord. Boat included in the price. The entrance is on the first floor where there is a large living room with two dining areas and a lovely view. Large terrace outside the living room. Three large bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with bunk bed and one with a double sofa bed. Bathroom with toilet, spa and shower. On the ground floor, there is a living room with a fireplace, a small bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed and a bathroom with shower and “pumpedo”/toilet; it works like a normal toilet but makes a bit of noise when you flush. There is a sauna directly from the bathroom on this floor and washing machine available in the storage room. Outside, there is a large terrace and a pleasant barbecue area under a roof. Large garden with trampoline. Under the garage part, there is an apartment that is rented out all year. The person who lives there does not use the terraces and outdoor areas belonging to the house and will not be a nuisance to holiday guests. Nesøya offers great scenery, nice hiking trails and great swimming opportunities. It is only 20 minutes to Aker Brygge and Oslo's bustling summer life. Great holiday house for both city breaks and relaxation. A small boat is included in the rent, as well as 4 Inter medium windsurfing boards and a kayak. Lots of life jackets available. Larger boat for rent. Public beach 150 meters from the house and a beach only for a few neighbors 250 meters away. Great opportunities for swimming, fishing, and great boat trips. Several bicycles included should you wish to go on a bike ride. Short journey by boat to Aker Brygge or Drøbak, both with guest piers. There is a tennis court nearby that can be used but this needs to be arranged with the owner in advance. This is a quiet and peaceful area best suited for one or two families on holiday. Not rented out to youth groups.
