Great holiday home on natural plot with a view of Børøyna, Luro, Lurosen and the Lurefjord. Final cleaning included in the price. The holiday house has a combined living room and kitchen. Gas stove in the living room. Apple TV with Norwegian and Nordic channels, more channels can be streamed. 5G internet with 300 Mbit speed. Underfloor heating in the hallway and living room. The bedrooms have single beds that can be put together, except for one bedroom with a bunk bed, 120 cm down and 90 cm top. On the first floor, there is a gym with weights. The holiday house is located on a natural site with only 10 meters to swimming opportunities from the jetty and 100 meters to a beach which is used by neighbors. Garden with trampoline. It is 5 km to a restaurant and 20 km to Knarvik with the nearest shopping center. We recommend a trip to the beautiful coastal town of Bergen with the fish market, Fløibanen, Ulriksbanen, the aquarium and Bryggen with its cozy restaurants and a large selection of shops. Short distance to good fishing. Filleting place with light and running water. 10 meters to rental boat: 1x 18-foot Øien 530 with 40 HP Suzuki, chart plotter/sonar 1x 12 foot Pioner with 15 HP engine 2x Sup boards 6x kayaks
