Cottage with direct views of the Baltic Sea from the house and approx. 100 m to the nearest sandy beach. The house sleeps 6 and is equipped with whirlpool, wood stove, air conditioning, dishwasher, washer / dryer and quality furniture. There is a large utility room with washer / dryer, table with sink and space for cleaning the freshly caught fish. Large, covered terrace and 50 m & # 178; open terrace overlooking the water. There is an outdoor shower with cold water. The house is located by Nysted, which is surrounded by water with good beaches. You can surf at Holten Strand. There is also a well-visited marina, which is reached via a path along the water via Nysted Skanse. Not for rent to youth groups.
A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

We really liked the house because it met our needs exactly, especially the separate laundry room and the covered terrace, The sliding door prevents us from arousing curiosity, We could easily store our bikes there, And still be "outside" when it rained, The location is perfect, not too close to the beach (no mosquitoes) and yet close enough that we could easily go for walks from the house (without having to rely on a vehicle), It is very quiet and we could enjoy nature, A small settlement, with no noise from neighbors, very private, The house is very well furnished, clean and modern, We didn't miss anything except a large salad bowl, The beds were very good, We would come back anytime,

The outlook and unstable mobile coverage. Nice with a wood burning stove, as electric heating is expensive. The house is over
