Inviting house with sea view in wonderful Timmernabben where you are only 100 meters down to the sea. Here you are guaranteed to get a holiday feeling. For a nice swim in the sea, just follow the path down to the shallow sandy beach with a bathing jetty. There are wonderful walkways along the sea for relaxing walks and beneficial runs. The house has a stylish modern kitchen with dishwasher and most of what you could possibly need. Meals can be enjoyed on the terrace where there is a dining group with position chairs with comfortable cushions. Blankets are available for slightly cooler evenings. An awning is available if shade is desired. There is also outdoor furniture at the back where you can enjoy the secluded location and the beautiful natural view. The dining area has a large dining table with plenty of space and a fantastic view. The living room has a spacious fresh sofa with armchair where you can cozy up in front of the stove with a lit fire. There are also 2 comfortable reading chairs to lean back in. The house has 2 bedrooms, one of which has a double bed and the other has 2 single beds. A folding extra bed is available that can be placed in the room with the double bed or in the living room. The fresh bathroom has underfloor heating, toilet, washbasin, shower cabin as well as a washing machine and a laundry bench with sink. There is a chest of drawers full of board games and a box out in the garden with various racks, balls, croquet that attracts board games. There is a lot to explore in Timmernabben which is a small idyll in itself. There is a fantastic fish smokehouse with summer restaurant 1 km from the house, where you can enjoy good food and drink in the genuine archipelago environment. Good pizzas can be found at the pizzeria 1 km away. The campsite with larger bathing area, playground and mini golf is next door. Popular paddle courts are available before the campsite (Stranda TK). Outdoor gyms and exercise trails are 2.5 miles away. Also visit Timmernabben's pride, the small caramel factory "Råsnäs Confectionery" where you can buy fresh freshly made sweets. Picturesque Pataholm is an enjoyable excursion destination with small shops in unique old-fashioned surroundings. You are also close to Oskarshamn, Kalmar and Öland.
