In this nice and newly renovated accommodation on a beach plot with lake views, jetty and beach, you can enjoy a fantastic holiday in nature close to Rånäs in Norrtälje. Access to rowing boat and a private, secluded beach only 150 meters away in addition to the beach on the common plot. Here you live in a bright and fresh apartment where everything is renovated in 2021 and bathe in Sweden's 5th cleanest lake, Gavel-Långsjön! Located in soothing, scenic surroundings with convenient proximity to Roslagen's beautiful archipelago, Rånäs Castle, Uppsala, Stockholm and much more! A warm welcome to this sea gem! You reach the apartment upstairs along the gable towards the lake where you have a magical lake view with the best sun position. Hear the birds chirping and enjoy the sun all day on the balcony looking out over the beautiful surroundings. Inside the apartment you are welcomed by an open floor plan where the living room and kitchen are combined into one, at the far end for more privacy is a lovely double bed and a pull-out bed that becomes a double bed. It is possible to separate the sleeping area with a room distributor if desired. The kitchen is equipped with most things you could possibly need, and the bathroom with toilet, shower and combined washer / dryer. Everything is newly renovated in 2021, photo of bathroom and kitchen will come soon when it is completely completed. The home is located on a large beach plot with lush garden that welcomes you to play, rippling stream that walks down to the lake and down by the lake there is a barbecue, outdoor shower and wood-fired sauna (ask the owner if you can use). Borrow the rowing boat for a trip out on the lake or why not fish a little pikeperch (talk to the owner about Fishing license). This accommodation offers everything you could possibly need and a little more, nearby there are several different golf courses for those interested in golf and one of them is Johannesbergs Golfklubb. In Rimbo you will find grocery stores and service. Rånässlott is worth a visit for its architecture and good food. Also take the opportunity to take a trip out to the coast to enjoy the beautiful archipelago and all it has to offer! Tip! The owners have a wood-fired sauna with an associated shower down by the lake, just ask the owners if you can enjoy a sauna! Good to know The accommodation is located on top of the owners' garage. The owners are a very nice family and live in the big house next door, you share the plot with them but the plot is very large. You also have the option of your own private beach only 150 meters from the accommodation. The apartment has an open floor plan between the beds and social areas, but there are screen walls for privacy. Travel cot is available to borrow. The owner has a cat.

The location of the accommodation is simply wonderful, in the middle of the forest and directly on the lake - a dream! / The accommodation is brand new, the furnishings offer everything you need for daily use, / With a rental car you can get to the accommodation from the airport in about 40 minutes, the route only leads along country roads and through forests - simply wonderful, / In addition, great excursion destinations can be reached from the accommodation within an hour - whether Stockholm, the archipelago islands, Uppsala, Norrtälje or Rimbo, / The landlords are a bit taciturn and offer no welcoming words or explain anything about the accommodation and the surrounding area, only by actively talking can you squeeze a few pieces of information out of them:) / The accommodation was ideal for 2 people, if you are traveling with four children, it might still work, but for 4 adults I find the accommodation too small, / The accommodation is in the attic and at higher outside temperatures it heats up accordingly, you should know that, However, a fan is available for local cooling, / Cleanliness was a small problem: The floor was not vacuumed properly, the window sills were full of dead flies, the dishes were not washed properly and not to mention the glass table in the living area, The landlord should actually check that the accommodation is handed over to the new tenants in a clean condition, so there is still an urgent need for action here, / Overall, however, four stars - recommended despite small defects,
